Every Calendly-booked Zoom call lands in HubSpot automatically — attendance, AI summary, transcript, recording link, and follow-up tasks — before your rep is back at their desk.

  1. Install on Zoom (admin). We listen for meeting ended, recording ready, and AI summary events.
  2. Connect Calendly. We link each booking to the Zoom meeting it created, so we know who the prospect is.
  3. Connect HubSpot. We log a Meeting on the contact, attach the transcript, and create a task for each next step. No-shows get a reschedule task.
