By installing Meeting Sync for Calendly you agree to these terms with ASC Intellistack.

Service

The App syncs Zoom meeting outcomes for Calendly-booked meetings into your CRM. You are responsible for having the right to record meetings and process participant data under applicable law, including recording-consent requirements in your jurisdiction.

Accounts

You must be an administrator of the Zoom, Calendly and HubSpot accounts you connect. Keep your credentials secure.

Fees

Pricing, if any, is shown on the Zoom Marketplace listing. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for missed syncs, CRM data errors, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

Uninstall at any time from Zoom Marketplace. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
